Here the brief was to create a more usable interior to this traditional Victorian ex Sea Captains house for a professional couple and their family overlooking the sea on the South Pembrokeshire Coast. To achieve this, internal walls were removed to provide a more light filled space throughout the ground floor allowing for a more user friendly space for entertaining and family life. New furniture and finishes were kept simple and colours muted to allow the owners’ existing art and possessions to take centre stage.
